Aleyse plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operations running smoothly. She manages a wide range of responsibilities, including financial oversight, paying bills, HR support, and operational problem-solving. Her attention to detail and reliability make her an essential part of the team. Outside of work, Aleyse enjoys golfing and spending time with her husband and their two sons.

Alexis is a licensed aesthetician and talented makeup artist, offering a full range of services including facials, waxing, and lash treatments. Known for her calm and gentle demeanor, she creates a relaxing and welcoming experience for every client. A Perry native, Alexis loves exploring local restaurants with her boyfriend in her free time.

Debbie is the friendly face who welcomes patients at the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls with care and efficiency. With previous experience in medical office settings, she brings both warmth and professionalism to every interaction. A proud wife and mom of four, Debbie is a dedicated multitasker.

Debbie is an experienced surgical technologist and trusted OR assistant with over 30 years in the field. Originally from Pennsylvania, she brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and a great sense of humor to every procedure. Known for her calm presence in the operating room and her ability to keep the team smiling, Debbie is also a wife and proud mom of two boys. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Nicole is a skilled surgical technologist who brings expertise and care to her work with our plastic surgeon. As a mom of two boys, she balances a busy life with grace and dedication. Nicole appreciates the more relaxed pace of the aesthetic setting during the week, especially after her demanding weekends working in a trauma OR.

Milo is our beloved office dog and unofficial mascot. A red-haired Golden Retriever with a friendly personality, he's been coming to the office since he was a puppy. As the only boy on the team, Milo takes his role seriously—greeting visitors, boosting morale, and bringing a little joy to everyone’s day.

Julie brings years of healthcare experience to her role as a receptionist, where she expertly manages phone calls, patient check-ins and check-outs, and rooming patients. Known for her warm and organized approach, she helps ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for. Julie is a devoted wife and mom of three, and enjoys traveling in her free time.

As our Patient Care Coordinator, Kellie ensures every step of the surgical process—from consultation to procedure—is smooth, organized, and stress-free. With over five years on the team, her calm and kind nature puts patients at ease throughout their journey. Outside of work, Kellie enjoys shopping, exploring local spots and restaurants, and spending time with her husband, her big family of all girls, and their adorable dog, Finn.

Meg brings her many years of nursing experience in the ICU, operating room, and plastic surgery offices to Greer Plastic Surgery and JG Aesthetics. She is a skilled injector of Botox and fillers, as well as an expert in microneedling and BBL laser treatments. As a registered nurse first assist in the OR, Meg combines clinical precision with compassionate care. She takes the time to discuss treatment options thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. When she’s not at Greer Plastic Surgery, Meg is a busy wife and mom to her four young boys.

Chelsea performs many of the cosmetic laser procedures at Greer Plastic Surgery and JG Aesthetics and is a skilled injector of BOTOX® and fillers. Her warmth and kindness help keep patients relaxed and comfortable, while her expertise and keen eye for detail ensure natural, youthful results. As of 2025, Chelsea has proudly worked alongside Dr. Greer for over a decade. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mom to a baby boy and their beloved dog, Milo.

Tana brings her years of experience working in an operating room to the patients at Greer Plastic Surgery. She educates patients before surgery and sees them during their follow-up to make sure they are healing well. Her caring and compassionate demeanor are beloved by patients and the Greer Plastic Surgery team alike. When not at work, you will find her on a softball field with her 3 young girls and husband.
